Lifeless day old baby found in refuse bin around calabar-calabar roundabout

The lifeless body of a baby boy, believed to be a day old, has been found in a refuse bin along the Calabar-Calabar roundabout. The body was reportedly seen by a scavenger of condemned metals who, in the process of scavenging for these metals, made the discovery and immediately raised an alarm, drawing the attention of those around the area.

It is believed that this act was carried out late Tuesday night and, as at the time of this report, the identity of the perpetrator of this act is yet to be known.
