5 people have been left with varying degrees of injuries following a ghastly auto-crash along IBB Way, just opposite the Margaret Ekpo International Airport in Calabar.
Confirming the occurrence to our correspondent on Telephone, on Saturday, the Cross River State Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Sector Commander, Abdullahi Hassan said the accident involved a car and a low bed mini-pickup truck, adding the cause of the accident was speed and loss of control.
While noting that no life was lost in the event, the FRSC Sector Commander said those injured, including 4 male adults and one female adult have been rushed to the hospital for treatment.
