Justice Olukayode Adeniyi: Panel will be fair to all the parties.

The chairman of the Cross River State Elections Petitions Tribunal, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi, says the panel will be fair to all the parties.

Justice Olukayode Adeniyi gave the assurance on Wednesday in Calabar, at the panel’s inaugural sitting, also attended by Justice Z. U. Modibbo and Justice Eva Okoronkwo.

Also speaking, the Chairman of the Calabar Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, Attah Ochinke, assured the tribunal that members of the association would exhibit professional candor, during the tribunal’s sittings.
